The investment in a traditional Blimpie restaurant is $232,770 - $422,200, and the investment in a smaller, non-traditional restaurant is $74,780 - $287,700. This estimate includes your one-time initial franchise fee and just about everything you need to get your restaurant up and running. We’re looking for franchisees with a net worth of around $250,000 – we’ve found that having this level of financial security allows our franchisees to invest the time and resources into their new business that it needs in its early months.
